The NHS Central Lancashire CCG needed a way to manage the distribution and archiving of their internal newsletters. They required an online portal that could handle the creation and management of distribution lists, editing and sending of newsletters, as well as providing an online archive for staff to access.
We provided a solution by integrating with hMail server. This allowed us to create and manage distribution lists, and allowed staff members to sign up or unsubscribe from the lists. We then created a web application to sit ontop of the system allowing for a streamlined and centralised process for managing newsletters. The integration also ensured that all newsletters could be easily archived and accessed through a browser, rather than a mail client.
